The Millennium Series of Heavy-Duty Progressive Cavity Pumps from Liberty Process Equipment is a heavy-duty progressive cavity pump for the most difficult positive displacement pumping applications and is ideal for heavy and abrasive sludges, greases and slurries in sewage and industrial plants as well as oil, paper and mining needs.

The Millennium series starts with a heavy-duty cast iron bearing frame and large bearings to transmit heavy work loads easily and provide long service life. The pumps positive sealed universal joints are heavy-duty gear joints that keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation.

The pump rotor is made from hardened tool steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then coated with hard chrome plating for increased life. Special wear coatings like titanium or other exotic coatings are available upon request.

The Pump stator is injection molded rubber which is available in many rubber compounds. We manufacture buna nitrile as our most common stator and Viton® stators for additional chemical compatability and high temperatures. Other compounds such as natural rubber and EPDM as well as higher pressure pump designs are available upon request.
